About this project
Situated between Bellaview Assisted Living and Bellaview Place commercial center will be the first of it's kind in Utah - Levata - A Mother's Retreat. South Haven Development has partnered with the ownership at Levata to create an improved recovery experience for parents after their child is born. Levata will be equipped with a full kitchen for meals, beds for both mom and dad, registered nursing on site and massage and other services. Mother's retreats are popular in other states and other countries, and this will be the first of it's kind in Utah. Mothers are already so excited to get out of the expensive and inconvenient hospital and into facility where the staff is focused on helping you relax and recover. Levata will also be available for patients recovering after other surgeries where the same staffing and facility is needed or required.
