About this project
South Haven Development, our partner in Bellaview Assisted Living, South Haven Farms and the Payson Senior Apartments is seeking our participation in 210 apartments in Payson, UT starting in early June 2021. They have secured other investors and a bank loan on a $43 million build job that already has received a completion appraisal at $64 million. The Fund will raise between $2 million - $3 million in Class C of the Fund. Your interest will accrue at a rate of approximately 12.7% annually. The cash call for this investment is expected around June 4, 2021. Please reach out to me with your level of participation soon.
