About this project
Secure Private Fund will participate in the construction loan process with UFCU bank in Utah and lend to Cable Construction, LLC on the building of three luxury homes in Lehi Utah. One of the homes is already pre-sold prior to completion and the home plans are numbers look excellent for the builder. SPF will provide bridge funds for the project through completion and sale of all three homes within the next six months to one year.
