About this project
The St. George, Utah and Washington County areas are one of the fastest growing in the nation for population growth, expected to continue at an unprecedented 3.1% growth rate annually. Washington county is actually projected to see even higher rates of growth through in-migration, a function of the area's natural attractiveness to retirees and professionals drawn in by the natural surroundings and 300-plus days of sunshine.
Plans for this land started in 2006-2007. The land was purchased for $55K per acre. The initial plans were approved through the city. Then in 2008 the land was foreclosed on due to the down turn in the Real Estate market. We are can now purchase the land for under $50K per acre. The investment money will be used to purchase the raw land, approve a site plan and sell papered or improved lots to interested builders to build multi-unit and single family homes. When the land is papered it is expected to be worth over $200K per acre.
