About this project
Jockey Hollow is located in one of the most desirable areas in Utah county along the American Fork/Pleasant Grove border. This project is an infill development surrounded by existing homes. It provides a very unique development with walk-out basements on three lots and mature trees surrounding the project.
There are a total of 7 lots. Lots 1-3 are approved, recorded, building lots that are ready for immediate sell. These three lots have already been funded by Secure Private Fund and are now being sold. Lots 4-7 will be on a cul-de-sac with two 1/3 acre lots and two 1/2 acre lots.
There has been a tremendous amount of interest on this project and it is expected to be sold quickly, with one offer in writing waiting for the purchase of the project to be completed. Upon the purchase of Phase 2, we will begin the process of entitlement with the city. It is expected to have approved and finished lots by fall, with purchases to follow.
