About this project
The Fund is participating on the acquisition funds with Giza Build on a building they are developing in Novi, MI, with a pre-structured lease with The Learning Experience - the leading provider of preschools and training throughout the country with 200 locations currently. The Fund will be repaid as quickly as 6-9 months and the Fund will raise money for this project with it's Class C shares that pays 12% annually with the ability to take a monthly pay-out or to compound your funds for a slightly larger overall return.
