The Payson Senior Apartment project will consist of 90 apartments with an average cost to build of $200,000 per unit and average rents of $1,300 per month. The project will take approximately 18 months to construct and the developer is ready to start now with city approved plans. South Haven Development has built a similar set of Senior Apartments in Lindon, Utah, shown here, named Avalon and the project was a complete success.
