About this project
Peyton Crossing is an in-fill project located on the southwest corner of Orem, Utah. This area is already experiencing tremendous growth and now has the new 5A Provo High School less than 2 miles away. An increased demand for first-time home buyers is fueling this market and has created a massive demand for residential properties.
Current property use: To date, the land has been used for farming exclusively. This project is unique for several reasons: -a conservation easement directly to the east of the project will ensure a large piece of open space where new building will not be permitted. - the lay-out of this subdivision allows for 18 lots on a cul-de-sac.
