About this project
Secure Private Fund is funding five luxury 4 and 5 bedroom homes in Hurricane, Utah in a golf course area called The Retreat at Sand Hollow adjacent to Sand Hollow Resort and Golf Club and across the street from the Sand Hollow Reservoir. Everything recreational is available at, or near, this location including a large boating lake with jumping rocks, sand dunes that end at the lake and host ATVs and side-by-sides for the dunes or rock crawling, golf at Utah's # 1 course. The best mountain biking in the world is nearby and is the site for Red Bull Rampage. Zion's National Park is close by, which is not only incredibly gorgeous but a hiker's dream. The Fund has contracted with the developer to receive 15% on its money which allows me to pay subscribers 12% annually, more if you let your payments accrue interest each month.
