Skyridge Corner Lots: Millhaven Development in conjunction with Millhaven Homes has negotiated the acquisition of 10 residential lots. The Acquisition agreement was executed several months prior to the lots being fully developed. The time in between the contract and development allowed Millhaven to market the project before having to close on the purchase of any of the lots. Millhaven has already been able to put under contract (pre-sell) all of the lots to individual homeowners that will be building homes on these lots. We are anticipating closing 4 lots in the first 30 days and all 10 will be closed within 120 days. All lots have been presold and are primed to close in the first 90 days. We are prepared with back up reservations in the case that anyone falls out of contract. Millhaven Development has partnered with Secure Private Fund to supply to Millhaven Development the $400,000 cash required to secure $1.25m commercial bank loan.
