About this project
South Haven Farms will purchase 40 acres of land on October 21, 2019 and then spend 12-18 months developing the land into four super pads. Although as many as three of the super pads will be developed by South Haven Development, all parcels will be purchased with new bank loans when the super pads are completed and the Fund will be repaid at this time. Secure Private Fund may participate further with South Haven Development at this point with a new loan for one to three additional projects, but it will come after the repayment of this initial loan. Planned for this area is another Assisted Living Center (like Bellaview Assisted Living, currently being built), senior housing, condos and townhomes. There is a new freeway exit off the I-15 that will lead directly to this location and there is a hospital next door.
