Meet the team

Darren Eady has been involved in lending, purchasing, maintaining and selling real estate investments since 1994 and has owned several hundred rental properties, commercial property and mortgage notes.

During the length of his career in Real Estate, Darren Eady has spent considerable time and effort to develop close relationships and strategic ties with successful real estate developers like South Haven Development and Surge Development.  Darren’s passion in business is helping others invest in real estate and create wealth through their investments.  

Darren is a husband, father to four children and now a grandpa.  He serves in his church, graduated from Brigham Young University with a Psychology major and business minor.  Darren enjoys hiking, mountain biking, surfing, wakeboarding, Lake Powell, adventure traveling, riding ATVs and RZRs and has completed several Xterra tri-ath-lon events, a trail marathon and even summited Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, Mt. Whitney in California and Mt. Elbert in Colorado.

Darin is the managing member of Darin H. Mangum PLLC, a boutique corporate and securities law practice with offices in Texas and Utah and clients nationwide. His law practice focuses on private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and federal and state securities law compliance. His past and present clients include hedge funds, start-up companies, FINRA broker/dealers, venture capitalists, and individual entrepreneurs. Darin received his law degree from Brigham Young University in 1999 and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Utah State Bar.

Jeff has been helping clients with their accounting needs for over 20 years. Jeff has extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership and working with Investors, Bankers and Attorneys. Jeff’s clients range from Corporations generating over $100 million in revenue to start-ups. Jeff received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 1998 and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Utah.
